EarthLab emerged from following the call:
to awaken heart-led co-creation, build bridges, and serve what truly matters for a regenerative world.
Our Story
The Groundwork
EarthLab is the culmination of decades of groundwork rooted in connection, creativity, and purpose. Founded by Cassandra Michler, it emerged from a lifelong path of bringing people together through shared experiences and meaningful collaboration.
Building MoonLab & BloqLab
In 2015, she founded MoonLab, an event production and creative agency producing experiences, storytelling, and immersive events that connect communities and culture. As the vision expanded, BloqLab was created—focused on sustainable fabrication, modular design, and innovation in how we build and produce.
Together, these ventures were driven by a shared intention: to create meaningful change and use business as a force for good—supporting founders, brands, and communities in bringing impactful ideas to life that leave a lasting impact.
A Parallel Path
Alongside her work as an entrepreneur, Cassandra was also walking a deeper path—one of healing, initiation, and inner transformation. Through years of personal exploration, vision creation, and supporting ideas from seed to reality, she developed a unique ability to bridge intuition with execution, and purpose with enterprise.
The Turning Point
After nearly a decade of building these companies, a pivotal period of burnout and personal transformation in Bali marked a turning point. It revealed a deeper truth: much of the work had been dedicated to helping other leaders and ventures launch, grow, and create impact. In doing so, a global network of collaborators, projects, and aligned initiatives had naturally formed.
From Ventures to Ecosystem
What became clear was that this was more than a collection of ventures—it was an ecosystem. And what was missing was a unifying platform to bring it all together.
EarthLab was created as that missing piece.
Today, EarthLab is a global ecosystem uniting ventures, people, and ideas to co-create regenerative solutions at the intersection of experience, design, and impact.
Rooted in purpose and collaboration, EarthLab aligns people and planet, because we rise together, as one
Rooted. Reflected. Rising.
Rooted. Reflected. Rising.
