Creating Magical Birthday Celebrations for Children & Families Experiencing Homelessness.

Founded by Mary Davis, Worthy of Love was created from a simple belief: every child deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and loved. Since 2013, the organization has brought unforgettable birthday celebrations to children and families experiencing homelessness, transforming shelters into joyful spaces filled with cake, gifts, laughter, and hope. To date we have thrown over 350 parties and impacted over 300,000 families.

Since 2017, EarthLab founder Cassandra Michler and her ecosystem of companies have proudly partnered with Worthy of Love, contributing event production, creative strategy, fundraising, volunteers, and in-kind support to help bring these celebrations to life. Since joining the Board of Directors in 2022, Cassandra has continued to support the organization’s growth and long-term vision, including the expansion of the Worthy of Love Bakery, a social enterprise creating employment opportunities while helping sustain the mission for years to come.

Our future vision is to scale the birthday party experiences on a larger scale and to reach more families in need while expanding nationally and globally for pop-up party experiences.
